Preliminary hearing for John Bujak begins in Canyon County today
John Bujak's preliminary hearing began this morning at the Canyon County Courthouse.
Bujak is the former Canyon County prosecutor accused of stealing $236,000 from the county through a contract he had with the City of Nampa.
According to the Idaho Statesman, County Commissioner David Ferdinand was the first witness called this morning. Commissioners Kathy Alder and Steve Rule, as well as Nampa officials, are expected to be called to tesfity Wednesday.
