Idaho Falls man arrested for aggravated assault
Idaho Falls Police arrested Ryan D. Suitter of Idaho Falls Monday night for two counts of aggravated assault, battery and domestic battery after he threatened two people with a pocket knife.
According to the victims, 39-year-old Suitter started an argument with them, which turned physical, after he came home to the residence on Blaine Avenue. Suitter had been drinking.
As the victims left the residence, Suitter followed them out, brandished a pocket knife and threatened to slit their throats.
The victims came to the police station to report the incident.
