Gardner Co. announces five new tenants for building in downtown Boise
The Gardner Company and Zions Bank have announced five new tenants for the planned 16-story development at the corner of Eighth and Main Streets in Boise. A groundbreaking ceremony will be announced at a later date.
Gardner Company has increased the number of floors to 16 after securing leases for more than half of the building’s square footage, and tenants include Holland & Hart LLP, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, CTA Architects Engineers, First American Title Company and the Idaho Technology Council.
“These companies represent the best in their field and we are pleased to announce that they will join Zions Bank as tenants at Eighth and Main,” said Gardner Company’s chief operating officer, Tommy Ahlquist. “Their commitment allows us to continue our transformation of this storied hole in the ground into the premier destination for Class A office space in Boise.”
