Idaho texting-while-driving ban gets green light in House
A statewide texting-while-driving ban received a green light for the House floor on Tuesday.
The House Transportation and Defense Committee signed off on a plan that would make texting while behind the wheel a crime, even for members of law enforcement.
The bill has already passed the Senate.
Similar legislation has failed to reach the Governor's desk several years in a row now.
