Boise man arrested for sexual battery of a minor
Brad West, 37 of Boise, was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Sexual Battery of a Minor Child yesterday.
The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into illegal acts that took place on more than one occasion over a period of several years. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in the illegal activity with a minor, who is known to the suspect, at a Boise home.
Boise Police received the report in December of last year and the detailed investigation began. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
