Despite a tough economy, Boise Fry Company is expanding. Specializing in fries, the restaurant opened its new set of doors in Bown Crossing earlier this month. It is the second Boise Fry Co. in the Treasure Valley; the first is located on Broadway Avenue near downtown Boise.

The public is invited to the Bown Crossing storefront on January 14 to celebrate the grand opening.

Boise Fry Co. is proud to use all natural, local and when possible, organic products. They have received many best burger and best fry accolades, including one from Food Network for the best hand-cut fries in the United States in 2010.

“Since we opened our first location nearly three years ago, we’ve been working toward expanding in the Treasure Valley,” said Blake Lingle, co-owner of the Boise Fry Co. “The community has been very supportive of our restaurant, and we want them to be part of the celebration. We’re grateful and excited that customer demand has enabled us to grow and provide not only great fries and burgers but also our vision of a local-first, employee-focused, and Earth-friendly business. We strive to continue to provide excellent customer experiences and a great work environment.”

To celebrate the grand opening, Boise Fry Co. will host a party at their new location in Bown Crossing (3018 S. Bown Way) starting at 6 p.m. on Saturday, January 14, featuring live music from Hillfolk Noir. Payette Brewing Company and Highlands Hollow will also be on hand.
