The Idaho Department of Correction is looking for a Treasure Valley Community Reentry Center offender who walked away from his job in Garden City.
James Douglas Pearson, IDOC #96785, was last seen around 11:50 a.m. in Garden City near 47th and Adams St.
Pearson is white with dark hair, 25 years old, five feet 11 inches tall, 160 pounds and has hazel eyes.
He was last seen wearing white painter’s pants, a white hooded sweatshirt, a yellow t-shirt and glasses.
Pearson is serving a three to ten year sentence for burglary convictions in Bingham and Bonneville Counties and would be eligible for parole in March 2016.
Anyone who has information about Pearson’s whereabouts should contact their local law-enforcement agency.
