Fall is in the air at the Idaho Botanical Garden. Families spent the weekend enjoying the fall colors along with fun and games including hay rides, a beer garden, and a pumpkin patch during the Fall Harvest Festival. The annual event shows off all the garden has to offer and also includes live music and unique goods for sale from local artists.
"Part of our mission is to get people out into nature so part of that is celebrating every season, we are open year-round and so this kind our way to greet and welcome fall," said Adan Callsen of the Idaho Botanical Garden.
The botanical garden's next big event is the Winter Garden aGlow. Crews have already started hanging hundreds of thousands of lights across the garden.
