Crews from multiple agencies are battling a 100-acre wildfire in the southern part of Ada County.
Crews and equipment from fire departments in Kuna, Melba, Boise, Nampa, Meridian and Murphy are being assisted by the Bureau of Land Management.
The fire is burning in heavy sagebrush and "moving fast," said one BLM official.
An Ada County dispatcher says no structures are threatened.
Smoke from the fire can be seen for miles.
