The Ada County Coroner’s Office says Jefferey Day, 59, of Boise is the man found dead in a Boise neighborhood Wednesday.
An Ada County dispatch supervisor said the call came in about 9:30 a.m. from a person who had spotted the body in found in the front yard of the house on 1600 block of Longmont Street, near the Boise State University campus.
Police said there were no obvious signs of foul play.
According to a Coroner’s Office news release, the exact cause of death has not yet been determined. “An autopsy has been completed and the cause of death will be pending toxicological results which can take several weeks to receive.”
Funeral arrangements are also pending.
