After receiving several tips from the public, Boise Police officers have now identified the man and woman suspected of stealing an SUV from a Boise business last week. Detectives are now asking for any information as to the couple’s whereabouts.

Joe Calhoun, who officers say has no permanent address, is about six feet tall, with short brown hair and facial hair. He has tattoos on both arms

Cambria Thompson, also with no permanent address, is about 5-feet 5-inches tall with long dark hair.  She has tattoos on her upper back and upper chest/shoulder.

On Wednesday, July 5th, officers received a report of an SUV that was stolen around noon from a store parking lot near the intersection of Curtis Road and Fairview Avenue.

Police say Calhoun reportedly took the keys to the vehicle from a shelf near a cash register and left the store. It was later discovered the SUV had been stolen.

The vehicle has not yet been located, and officers believe the suspects may still have it.

The SUV is a silver 2001 Nissan Xterra.

Anyone with any information as to the whereabouts of Calhoun and Thompson is asked call non-emergency dispatch at 377-6790 for immediate response -- or contact Crime Stoppers: at 343-COPS (2677), www.343COPS.com, or leave a tip using the “P3 Tips” app for your mobile device.
