Boise Police are asking for the public’s help in locating possible additional victims after a Boise man was arrested for attempted sexual abuse of a child.

It’s a story Idaho On Your Side broke earlier this month.

Boise Police began investigating a report of lewd conduct with a child June 12 at a Boise residence. A second, unrelated, incident with three minors was reported on June 26 -- also in Boise, according to a BPD news release.

Police obtained a warrant and Leroy Mickey, 53, was arrested by the US Marshall’s task force in Nampa on July 1.

As we reported earlier, Mickey is the former manager of a west Boise mobile home park.

Mickey and the victims reportedly knew each other.

Based on their investigation, Boise Police detectives now believe there may be other victims under the age of 18-years-old who have not yet come forward.

Mickey currently faces charges of felony lewd conduct with a minor and three counts of attempted felony sexual abuse of a minor.

His next court appearance is scheduled for August 2nd.

If found guilty, Mickey could face life in prison, according to prosecutors.

Anyone with additional information about the case is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS.
