The former manager of a west Boise mobile home park has been booked into the Ada County Jail on a charge of felony lewd conduct with a child and three charges of felony kidnapping.

Leroy Allison Mickey, 52, of Boise was arraigned on the charges Thursday in Ada County.

According to reports, officers responded to a mobile home park near Fairview Avenue and Five Mile Mile Road in west Boise last month, investigating a report that Mickey may have had inappropriate sexual contact with a nine-year-old boy in early June. The crime reportedly took place at Mickey’s residence at the mobile home park.

Mickey and the victim reportedly knew each other.

While police were investigating that case, they reportedly found evidence Mickey had held three other children against their will “for purposes of committing lewd and lascivious acts,” according to court documents. Those crimes allegedly took place at Mickey’s residence June 26, Dinger said. “The victims were also known to the suspect,” he added.

A warrant was issued for Mickey’s arrest June 30.

Dinger said Mickey could face additional charges. “There’s always the possibly there are more victims out there,” Dinger added.

It is unclear how long Mickey was the manager of the mobile home park.

If you have any information about this case or additional information about Mickey, you are urged to contact Crimestoppers at 343-COPS or the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office.

Mickey is currently being held on a $250,000 bond.

His preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 21 in Ada County.

If found guilty, Mickey could face life in prison, according to prosecutors.
