An 18-year-old Boise man is in Ada County Jail after police say he broke into a home and sexually assaulted a female minor against her will.
Police responded to a call at S. Owyhee Street and W. Targee Street at 3:30 a.m., Monday, June 27th.
Officers found evidence that Andrew Garlock, 18, of Boise broke into the home and held a minor female that he knew against her will.
Garlock is believed to have had penetrated the girl with a foreign object twice and battered her.
Garlock was arrested and charged with burglary, kidnapping, forcible penetration by a foreign object—two counts, and aggravated battery.
