The Idaho chapter of the Alzheimer's Association is holding a free workshop this Thursday.

The work is designed to help both those diagnosed with the disease and their caregivers.

“We really want people, especially in the early stages, to be able to be a part of those decisions. So they then, with their care partners, can decide on how their finances are going to be handled, how their health care is going to be handled, how all of their legal matters are going to be handled." Said Christine Bubb of Idaho Alzheimer’s Association.

The workshop runs from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. this Thursday at the Boise Public Library at Cole and Ustick. RSVP to the Alzheimer's Association at (208) 206-0041.
