The arrest list which the Ada County Sherriff's office says had 453,000 hits in June 2016 is slated to function through to tomorrow, August 4th 2016 at 5am.  After that, it will go offline for a few weeks during a much-needed software upgrade, according to the Sherriff's department.

It's part of a larger upgrade of the a technology upgrade plan, which includes installation of a brand new operation and management software for the Ada County Jail.

The list of outstanding warrants and the jail roster, also popular webpages, will be going offline.

"The new IJ5 jail management software upgrade is happening the same time the 4th District Court is adapting Odyssey -- a new court records management system," said a spokesman for the Sherriff's office.  "When this is all done... it will be an efficient and integrated public safety system, better than anything Ada County has had in the past."
