5 Simple Ways to Help Elevate Your Life

We are all busy and sometimes lose sight of what’s important. Of course we all want to live a happy and fulfilled life, but how? Wouldn’t it be great if there was a magic formula? Well there might be! Donna Ruko and author of “Health Revelations from Heaven and Earth,” Tommy Rosa, have five simple ways to help elevate your life.

 

1.  Find Your Purpose

While that sounds complicated, it can be accomplished with a simple exercise. Write a little post-it note on your refrigerator. On that note, write three things you love doing and see which one you can get yourself to do in a couple of weeks. Your purpose isn't necessarily your job. We always think work is with money, but the purpose is really not the money. It's about doing something you love doing.

 

2.  You don't have to be good at it, you just have to like it.

What we want to do is be happy. If you're not happy, what your purpose is? You're not going to do the job right, you're not going to feel good about it. When you don't feel good about it, it lowers the vibration of your body. That will eventually make you sick. 

 

3.  Your Vibe is Contagious

What you think during the day affects everyone around you, so if we're having a bad day, you can actually make someone else have a bad day. Just be aware of what you’re putting out there. A smile can go a long way!

 

4.  Honor Your Body

Organic foods have a higher vibration which will help heal your body. There's more nutrition in organic foods because there aren't as many chemicals and pesticides in them. Don’t just avoid toxins, eat mindfully and that means no zoning out!

 

5.  Stay Grounded

Start by walking outside with your shoes off. Put your bare feet on the earth and you sit there for 20-30 minutes. It helps thin your blood, calm your blood pressure, and detoxifys you.

 

Don’t worry if these changes aren't instant. Everything takes time to do and nothing happens right away. We have to train ourselves with our thoughts, actions, and the way we do things.
