ID National Guard Soldiers return to home

About 60 Idaho Army National Guard Citizen Soldiers of Alpha Company, First of the 168th General Support Aviation Battalion returned to the U.S. from an 9-month deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, operating eight UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters assigned to the unit. The soldiers were greeted at Ft. Hood by Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter, Idaho Adjutant General Gary L. Sayler, Command Sgt. Major Kenneth Downing and other members of the Idaho National Guard.
