In keeping with our philosophy, we have a selection of dishes that encourage people to step out of their comfort zones and try something new. From Bison Burgers to Tequila Orange Prawn Salad and sweet potato fries, our menu has something for everyone to enjoy.

 

Recipe

Jalapeno steamed clams

Ingredients 

8-10 clams

1 tbsp sliced jalapenos

1 tbsp sliced shallots

1 tsp minced garlic

6 tbsp cold butter cubed

4 oz white wine

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/4 tsp white ground pepper

1 tsp chopped parsley

Procedure 

Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a pan

Add jalapenos and shallots and let them sweat for about 15 seconds

Add garlic, then add your white wine and clams.

Cover the pan and steam until the clams open up.

Remove the clams , season the remaining wine with salt and white pepper.

Swirl, or whisk in the remaining butter cubed until the sauce thickens and the butter is just incorporated. 

Poor the sauce over the clams and garnish with parsley.
