The Sunrise Cafe was originally founded in Meridian in 1988 by Bob Godsill. Bob prided himself on knowing that his customers were getting a great meal at a great price and with a smile. RECIPE:
Chorizo Eggs Benedict
1 English Muffin
2 Eggs
3 oz. ground chorizo
3 oz. Hollandaise Sauce
Pinch of paprika
Pinch of parsley flakes
½ avocado sliced thin
Grill Muffin, poach 2 eggs to desired temp, grill ground chorizo.
Place ground chorizo on top of grilled English muffin, top with hollandaise sauce. Sprinkle paprika, pinch of parsley flakes. Top with avocado slices, serve with hash browns.
