The shelter placed 2nd in a nation-wde animal adoption contest, and won $50,000 from the ASPCA.  That also means they're eligible to compete again next year, too.

We got to meet Barbossa on the set of Good Morning Idaho.  He is a 3-year-old German shepherd mix.  Despite having lost a hind leg to a bad break, he is back to normal, and you wouldn't know anything was different.  He still has lots of energy to use with you and our family.

Head to the Canyon County Animal Shelter directly or call them at (208) 455-5920.
