The nominees for Best Supporting Actor are: Alan Arkin for Argo, Robert De Niro for Silver Linings Playbook, Phillip Seymour Hoffman for The Master, Tommy Lee Jones for Lincoln, and Christoph Waltz for Django Unchained.
This is a more competitive race than it has been in years, with it being a toss up between Robert De Niro, Tommy Lee Jones and Christoph Waltz. My favorite of the bunch is Christoph Waltz who absolutely stole the show in Django Unchained. But I think the winner will be Tommy Lee Jones.
