PG-13 rated Safe Haven stars Josh Duhamel and Julianne Hough and is based on the novel from Nicholas Sparks, the author behind "The Notebook." When a mysterious young woman arrives in a small town, questions about her past arise. Slowly, she gains the courage to start a relationship with a widowed store owner with two young children. But dark secrets intrude on her new life and she is forced to rediscover the meaning of sacrifice and rely on the power of love in this romantic thriller.

French movie icon Jean-Louis Trintignant (tront ee yo) stars with Emmanuelle Riva in Amour, which has been nominated for five Academy Awards. Married music teachers in their eighties have built a happy life together, but their bond is tested when one suffers a stroke. It's in French with English subtitles, and is rated PG-13.
