Bob Richards' Home Entertainment Preview: August 7
(Dr. Seuss' The Lorax - Universal - Rated PG)
Dr. Seuss' The Lorax looks amazing, but it is heavy handed with its environmental themes and political message. It really overdoes the nature worship. It will make your kids think you are a criminal if you've ever chopped firewood. Extras include commentary, a deleted scene, four featurettes and more. The blu-ray adds three mini movies.
(Marley - Magnolia Films - Rated PG-13)
Marley is an amazing, interesting, moving documentary about the life of music icon Bob Marley. It is absolutely superb. Bonus features include commentary, additional interviews and two featurettes.
(High Fidelity (blu-ray) – Touchstone – Rated R)
High Fidelity is the movie that introduced most people to Jack Black and is very funny. John Cusack stars in this terrific film making its debut on blu-ray. Extras include deleted scenes and a featurette
