Are you looking for motivation to ose weight? Listen to the stories from two of the contestants in this year's $10,000 Treasure Valley Weight Loss Challenge and you just might be inspired.
And if that doesn't do the trick, how about some money?
Cash prizes for the contest are #3,000 for 1st Place (one man, one woman), $1,500 for 2nd Place (one man, one woman), amd $500 for 3rd Place.
There are two easy ways to enter:
Come to St. Luke’s Humphreys Diabetes Center (1226 River Street, Boise) any time before the January 20 deadline. You can also stop by Ladd Family Pharmacy in Boise.
Or, simply sign up online.
The final weigh-in is on Thursday, June 6. Good luck!
