Local author raises money for adoption awareness with book sales

Jen Holt, author of the novel Delivering Hope, is donating all of her proceeds from sales of her book during National Adoption Month to the National Council on Adoption.
For every copy of Delivering Hope that is sold during November, $5 will be donated to the National Council For Adoption. Included in that donation are all of Holt's royalties on each book, $1 of her publisher's profit, as well as matching donations from several charitable foundations.
Delivering Hope is a story of how an unwed teenager finds herself contemplating what to do after getting pregnant, and a couple who struggles with infertility. Adoption is the miracle that brings them together. The book can be found at most major book retailers.
