The Idaho State Historical Museum's "Museum Comes to Life" event is happening on Saturday, September 29th at Julia Davis Park in Boise.

This year's Museum Comes to Life will feature many new aspects, as well as past favorites. Here is a list of some of the featured exhibits:


The Potato Truck will be featured
Ethnic dancers from a variety of backgrounds
Music acts will be performing throughout the day
Wood carvers
Quilters
Leather braiders
A colonial encampment featuring the Sons and Daughters of the American Revolution
A Civil War encampment
A Renaissance group
Indian Lifeways exhibit
Food vendors

The event is free to the public, and is open from 9am-4pm.
