San Inazio Festival

Whether you're a Basque American looking to get back to your roots, a Boise native itching to celebrate with your friends or just a tourist stopping by for the weekend, the San Inazio Festival is guaranteed to draw you to the Basque Block with its mix of ethnic food, music and dancing. Boise's Annual Basque Festival! Food and drink vendors will be on the block all weekend. Mountain Home Country Music Festival

Country music, late nights and camping under the stars. If that sounds like the good life to you, consider taking a trip to the Sawtooth National Forest for the Mountain Home Country Music Festival. The festival, which takes place over three days at the base of the Sawtooth Mountains near Mountain Home, is a weekend packed with performances by more than 20 of the heaviest hitters in country music on two stages. Meridian Automotive 7th Annual Show and Shine Car Show

July 29th | 10AM - 2PM

This is a fundraising benefit for the local veteran’s nonprofit, Operation Homefront. When service members come back from their military service, many face financial hardship, especially wounded service members. Operation Homefront helps by providing funds to pay for utilities or for keeping a roof over their heads.

Meridian Automotive is proud to donate every penny from car show entry fees and raffle ticket sales to Operation Homefront to help these transitioning men and women. The car show will feature custom and restored cars, trucks and street machines. There will also be food trucks, entertainment, raffle tickets for sale and more. The event is free for the public to attend and $25 for car show exhibitors! More info here!

ISF: Wait Until Dark

A 1960s Greenwich Village apartment is the scene for a deadly game of cat and mouse when a group of con-men manipulate and terrorize an unsuspecting blind woman to reclaim a mysterious doll. When the doll can’t be found, the situation spirals out of control. With murder afoot and suspense building, the woman deftly decides to “wait until dark,” in an attempt to outwit her assailants. The thrills begin when the lights go out. Recommended for ages 14 and up due to adult themes and violence. More info here!

Sista Otis’ sound was born in Detroit and raised in New Orleans. As she tells the story, "In a lil' Jazz club in the French Quarter, lady Blues was feeling the Soul from Motown. So she Hip-Hopped up on Motown's lap to Rock 'N Roll and got the Funk on. Meanwhile, Folk wandered in off the streets with crazy hair and dark shades and wrote the story down." On that night, Sista Otis was conceived but she just calls it, "Rock 'N Roll"! More info here!
