Grilled lamb rib chops with Rosemary cherry balsamic
Grilled French Lamb Rib Chop
Blanch the broccolini then sautee in butter and white wine
Baby red skin potato roasted with fresh rosemary
Rosemary cherry balsamic sauce
Reduction with some chalets, garlic, butter, cherries, red wine, balsamic vinegar, heavy cream, fresh rosemary, brown sugar and salt pepper to taste
Place the grilled Frenched lamb chops on top of the baby red skin roasted potatoes, place the brocolini on the plate and top all of it with the rosemary cherry balsamic sauce.
