Recipe


Pancetta
Kale
Tortellini
Tomato
Green onion
Parmesan Cheese
Balsamic Glaze
Garlic
Red chili pepper

Boil Tortellini in separate pan.
Blanch pancetta in hot pan, add chopped kale cook until slightly wilted, add chopped tomato, garlic, red chili pepper flakes, green onion, salt and pepper, grated parmesan cheese and add cooked tortellini.  Plate then finish with balsamic vinegar and grated parmesan cheese.
