The face of Eagle could soon change dramatically. A massive planned community by a group known as ''M-3 Eagle'' is set to start construction as early as next year. But before the first shovel hits the ground, the Department of Water Resources has to sign off on the project...and that has given current homeowners in the area a chance to derail the massive project.

Mary Taylor told Todays Channel Six says she's concerned. ''As a private citizen if my well goes dry tomorrow and i say to the Department of Water Resources or M-3 that my well dried up, the lawyers are going to say prove it was us''.

The war of words over water will take place Wednesday morning at the Department of Water Resources building starting at 9:00.
