Trinity Mission Health and Rehab of Holly, LP is having an open house on January 21, 2009 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. for the new respiratory care unit specializing in ventilator care. The respiratory care unit will be able to serve long-term care patients requiring ventilator (including tracheostomy) care. This is a service that has not been available to patients in our community. Since this service is not available currently in canyon county many patients requiring long-term ventilator care are forced to obtain medical attention elsewhere. For many this may include seeking the medical attention they require outside the state of Idaho. "We are eager to serve the state of Idaho in this way," states Honey Goodman, Marketing Director. "I am excited that Trinity Mission of Holly will be providing a larger role in providing post acute rehabilitative services. It will be a benefit to many patients who presently have to travel to receive such care."
The patients at Trinity Mission Health and Rehab of Holly, LP will receive medical attention from a multi-disciplinary team including respiratory therapists, physical therapist, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologist, nursing staff and a board certified Pulmonogolist." Trinity of Holly is proud to announce the addition of Dr. Steve Fuller as the Medical Director of the unit and Jennifer Freeman, RT as the Unit Manager.
Trinity Mission Health and Rehab of Holly, LP has partnered with Advanced Lifeline Services, Incorporated (ALS) to offer the comprehensive services our patients will need.
