BAKER CITY, Or. (AP) -- A third person has died following an accident earlier this month when a van crashed on Interstate 84 west of Baker City.

The Ada County coroner's office says 24-year-old Phillip Joel Harris from Attalla, Ala., died early Sunday morning at a Boise-area hospital.

The van was carrying 16 people on Nov. 12 and was heading west in icy conditions when it left the highway and rolled several times, coming to rest on its roof.

Two passengers died in the accident and 14 others were taken to various hospitals.

The van was carrying members of a Colorado church group.
