JACKSON, Wyo. (AP) - The Teton County Board of Commissioners is suing the owner of Flat Creek Inn, contending that the business's participation in renting recreational vehicles violates county regulations.
Commissioners issued an order in June telling Flat Creek Inn owner Carl King to stop allowing the pick-up and drop-off of Cruise America RVs on his property near Jackson. King's attorney, Ken Cohen, sued the county in July, asking 9th District Judge Nancy Guthrie to reverse the county's order.
In the county's lawsuit, filed last week, the commissioners say King is violating land-use development regulations by letting the property be used as part of a commercial RV enterprise.
