BURLEY, Idaho (AP) - An Aberdeen man already charged with first-degree murder, aggravated battery and other felonies is set for a preliminary hearing on additional charges.
Gerry Salgado, 22, is set for a preliminary hearing on Thursday on a charge of attempted first-degree murder, battery with intent to commit a serious felony, robbery and drug trafficking in methamphetamine or amphetamine, The Times-News reports.
