BOISE, Idaho (AP) -- The U.S. Attorney's Office says a 62-year-old northern Idaho man has been sentenced to more than eight years in prison for child pornography possession.
U.S. District Judge Edward Lodge also ordered during a hearing earlier this week that David Richard Pierce will be supervised for a decade after his release and have to register as a sex offender.
Pierce was convicted of tow counts of possessing child pornography after federal investigators found videos of children being sexually abused on two computers seized from his Coeur d'Alene residence.
The computers proved Pierce has accessed illicit Web sites containing child pornography to obtain the videos.
