Nampa Issues Leaf Collection Guidelines

(Nampa, October 28, 2009) The City of Nampa wants to remind residents and businesses of the importance of proper leaf disposal.

Please do not rake or pile up leaves in streets or alleys as city sweepers are not equipped to pick up large amounts of leaves. Raking leaves into the streets can cause flooding by blocking gutters and clogging storm drains.

Bagged leaves can be set out and collected with your regular garbage pickup.
