A rollover crash on Friday night sent several people to the hospital. It happened last night at 9:12pm on westbound I-84 near the Franklin road interchange in Caldwell. A 20-year-old Caldwell man was heading westbound when he went off the side of the road, rolling several times. The driver and several young children were treated at the hospital and released, except for one three-year-old who remains in the hospital with minor injuries. An 18-year-old pregnant woman was taken to the hospital, where she is in critical condition. She was twenty-six weeks pregnant, and the baby was delivered. The child is also in critical condition. Alcohol is not believed to have been a factor, and only one of the minor passengers was wearing a seat belt. ISP and Canyon County are continuing to investigate the cause of the accident.
