U.S. Highway 26 is closed in both directions for an overturned tanker. The accident happened just west of the overpass on I-84 at Milepost 141 near Bliss, according to the Idaho State Police.

They say I-84 traffic is not affected. 

About 600 to 700 gallons of fuel have leaked into the dirt.  Bliss School has been closed and five homes in the area as well as Amber Inn and Ziggy's Gas Station have been evacuated. 

A Regional Hazmat Team is on scene. 

Idaho State Police is investigating this incident with the help of Gooding County Sheriff Department.
