Sheriff's deputy back at work after being shot

A Gooding County Sheriff's deputy shot accidentally by another deputy is back at work after four weeks recuperation. Deputy Jeremy Smith was shot in the hand by a .22 caliber pistol Aug. 31 at the Hagerman home of Sgt. Dave Kiger, who was cleaning the weapon at the time. The incident didn't become public until this week.
