Idaho's Fire Season Starting To Heat Up

Idaho's 2009 wildfire season is starting to heat up a bit.

Right now two fires are burning in the state.

The Andy Fire has torched about 15 acres Northeast of Garden Valley; steep terrain is hampering crew efforts.

The 150 acre Good Luck Fire is threatening some buildings and has forced road closures Southwest of Salmon.

So far, this fire season has been fairly mild with only 18-hundred acres blackened statewide.
