A man injured in a head-on collision on Highway 95 has passed away.  Capt. Mark Zamponga passed away on Saturday.  He was a member of the 366 th Operations Support Squadron at the Mountain Home Air Force Base.

Zamponga was hurt after a collision with an Adams County Sheriff's Deputy near New Meadows last week.  The deputy, Monte Matthews, died at the scene. 

Matthew's funeral is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon at the Meadows Valley School.
