    WINDS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS RIDGE TOPS AND DOWNSLOPE AREAS IN THE SOUTH
    CENTRAL AND CARIBOU HIGHLANDS AND ADJACENT GAPS INTO THE LOWER
    SNAKE RIVER PLAIN. SUSTAINED WINDS OF 30 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO
    50 MPH ARE LIKELY IN THESE AREAS.
